fix(opencode): normalize Muse Free tool choice

OpenCode Free returns HTTP 400 for muse-spark-1.3-contributor-free when tool_choice is non-auto. Declare forceAutoToolChoiceModels quirk and normalize explicit tool_choice to auto.
